I’m sure you have noticed that there have been some visual changes to the blog. Now that I have a few months of blogging under my belt I decided that it was about time that I made myself at home & add a little personal style to my posts.
It took me a week to find a balance between style & functionality that appealed to me. Then a few more hours spent playing with the final overall look until I was satisfied with the changes.
Hope you, my beloved readers, like the change or at the very least don’t dislike it. 😀 I’m growing as a blogger & felt it was a little passed due that my page reflect more of myself. Time to get fully immersed now that I’ve gotten my feet wet.
This is turning out to be not much of a post, lol. Just wanted to touch base with my lovely readers after the sweeping changes to my blog. ❤

Good day! This is kind of off topic but I need some guidance
from an established blog. Is it hard to set up your own blog?
I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast.
I’m thinking about setting up my own but I’m not sure where to begin. Do you have any
ideas or suggestions? Appreciate it

It’s not really hard to start a blog, though some weeks it can be a challenge to keep up my schedule of post lol. Really though, I have no experience with the other platforms but I find wordpress very easy to use, no real need for technical skill 🙂

I think everything said was actually very reasonable. However, what about this?
what if you composed a catchier title? I mean, I don’t wish to tell
you how to run your blog, but what if you added a post title to possibly grab folk’s attention? I mean Orbb’s Fashion | Blog Facelift is kinda vanilla.
You might peek at Yahoo’s home page and watch how they create post
titles to get people interested. You might add a related
video or a related picture or two to grab readers excited about what
you’ve written. In my opinion, it might make
your posts a little livelier.

I admit, my titles are not always the best, but I do try. When it comes to videos, I lack appropriate equipment for those at this time but is a feature I hope to add in the future 😉 I have connected a relevant video (that I didn’t make) to a previous post, my blog is still young, lots of growing & improving to do 😉

It is a free theme, but many customizing options like the color scheme require pay. I put the pic at the top together with items from my jewelry boutique & a few items I really like from my affiliates. I really appreciate the compliments 😀

You clearly know what youre talking about, why waste your intelligence on just posting videos to your weblog when you could be giving
us something informative to read?

I do agree, sometimes my posts are a little sparse compared to what they could be, but I don’t understand what you mean about the video. I have only one post with a video & the writing in that post is fairly extensive.

At this time I have no special hosting just http://www.wordpress.com after a bit I will upgrade to my own domain, but I think I will stick with wordpress for my blog 🙂

First of all I would like to say superb blog! I had
a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.
I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing.
I’ve had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my
ideas out. I do take pleasure in writing but it
just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted simply just trying
to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints?

The first thing I usually do is focus on my title, but if I am having trouble preparing myself for writing then I will take 10 minutes to do some meditation. Not sure how effective it would be for everyone but I like to use binaural beats. Hope this is helpful for you 🙂
